S.E.W.N. INTO THE WORLD

S.E.W.N. INTO THE WORLD (qui veut dire « Cousu au monde ») est un projet photographique artistique qui parle d'identité et d'union entre les Hommes et le monde, créé par Alexandra Mory-Bejar et mis en oeuvre par Dorota Stanczyk.

Au croisement de la photo, du design et d’une philosophie de vie, S.E.W.N. rassemble des personnes du monde entier et les encourage à explorer et à porter le message  « We are One ». De l’unicité individuelle naît l’unité collective.

S.E.W.N. (South East West North) is an art project that explores identity and the union between people and our world created by Alexandra Mory-Bejar and Dorota Stanczyk. Mixing photography, design and philosophy, S.E.W.N. brings people together with their surroundings, encourages exploration and drives the S.E.W.N. message "We are One".

S.E.W.N. (les premières lettres de South East West North) est une collection de photographies dans lesquelles les modèles posent avec un t-shirt imprimé d’un lieu spécifique localisé et photographié en amont. En portant le t-shirt S.E.W.N. aux coordonnées GPS précises, le modèle se retrouve alors « cousu au monde », il tend les bras, les mains vers l’extérieur pour se joindre aux autres modèles du monde entier et former ainsi la chaîne S.E.W.N. INTO THE WORLD.

S.E.W.N. ( the first letters of North South East West ) is a collection of photographs in which models pose at a precise GPS Coordinate wearing a t-shirt on which we printed the background taken from another photo shot upstream at the very same place. Wearing the shirt S.E.W.N. the precise GPS coordinates, the model finds himself " S.E.W.N. into the world" , he stretches out his arms , hands outward to join the other models worldwide and form the chain S.E.W.N. INTO THE WORLD.
